The Comprehensive Strategic Cooperation Agreement Signed Between IIOM China and Hangzhou

On May 25 2009, after attending the International Outsourcing Business Development Summit held in Hangzhou, as leader of international delegation, Jerry E. Durant, Chairman of IIOM, received a warm welcome from Cai Qi, Mayor of Hangzhou Municipal People's Government, and Dong Guili, Vice Mayor of Hangzhou Municipal People's Government, and had a deep communication over topics such as work together to push the development of international outsourcing industry in Hangzhou. Later, IIOM and Hangzhou Municipal government signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement, marking the start of IIOM 's involvement in the strategic activities of "building Hangzhou city as an international financial outsourcing center".

As a famous global outsourcing management consulting and trade service corporation, IIOM is working hard to push service providers into US & EC market by providing series of services concerned with global outsourcing management competitiveness improvement and overseas market expansion. Since its establishment last year, IIOM China has been providing a series of advanced training, including C-level workshop, Outsourced Agile Engineering program, Certified Outsourced Offshore Project Manager(COOPM) certificate program and Outsourcing Quality Management, to several hundreds of c-level officers and project managers from service outsourcing companies. What's more, IIOM China has assessed and qualified many Chinese enterprises with GSC and helped them to break into the overseas market.

The comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement, signed with Hangzhou Municipal Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Bureau, is intended to introduce services of IIOM China, which has achieved a great success in other cities, to Hangzhou city, and help to shape its international financial outsourcing center.
