Certellus（http://certellus.net）who has dedicated to software engineering and outsourcing service for almost 30 years initiated lots of world-class international outsourcing enterprises to promote consulting service and software technology research. In 30 years, IIOM has provided software services and improvement services in outsourcing productivity for more than 2000 enterprises in more than 70 countries.
