An existing partner of IIOM China is finding vendor to develop an e-Marketplace Platform for facilitating ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) jobs engagements. The platform provides an effective mean for the enterprises (as Service Buyers) to post their ICT jobs or projects, which are then available for bidding from the local ICT SMEs and professionals (as Service Providers).
A Portal shall also be developed, on which the e-Marketplace platform operates. The Portal shall provide usual basic functionality of a portal site, for example, user registration, manage user profiles, as well as login and logout, etc.
Duration of Project:
The development and implementation of the Portal and e-Marketplace is required to be delivered in 3 phases within 7 months:
· Phase 1 – lasts 2 months
(Developing the Portal interface framework and the basic features of the e-Marketplace Platform)
· Phase 2 – lasts 2 months
(Completing and perfecting the necessary features for the e-Marketplace platform.)
· Phase 3 – lasts 3 months
(Further enhancements and maintenance)
