Overview：
1.Based on a JDE data warehouse accessed via defined data cubes into a web based portal, Coding Hours: 4500 man hours.
2.The estimate is to look at one major version release per year with perhaps two updates per version. Once we issue a new version release all clients should be moved onto the new version enabling us to cease support for the old version. Each major release and each mid-version release is specified specifically, those specs will determine the man hour coding requirement.
2.General assume: each major release will be in the region of 4000 man hours and each mid-version release around 2000 man hours, a minor release will be 1000 man hours.
3.Offshore developing; technical requirements: JDE, Maximo, sharepoint；
4.No less than 20 staff, the selection criteria willbe based on how we fit culturally and strategically；
