Customer call for any computer related problems and a Level 1 agent (Sales) will answer the call and do up-selling. Customer will then register their information on the website to pay online or via a payment portal using their credit card or checking account. The customer can choose for yearly subscription or just a 1-time fix.. After which, the call will be transferred to a Level 2 agent (Microsoft Certified Technician) who will then remotely access the customer's computer and do all the trouble shooting and fixing.A tech agent can also do the upselling and tech at the same time.
